By signing up with PickAForum.com, you agree to abide by the following terms of service.

1. Acceptable Uses Policy - The Internet is intended for use by mature adults (and by minors when supervised by mature adults). Our customers are expected to use the Internet with respect, courtesy, and responsibility, giving due regard to the rights of other Internet users. The customer is expected to have a basic knowledge of how the Internet functions, the types of use which are generally acceptable, and the types of use which are to be avoided. Common sense is the best guide as to what is considered acceptable use. The following are unacceptable uses: Illegality in any form, including but not limited to activities such as unauthorized distribution or copying of copyrighted software, violation of export restrictions, harassment, fraud, trafficking in obscene material, drug dealing, selling or promoting prescription label pharmaceutical products or drug paraphernalia and other illegal activities. Net abuse, including but not limited to activities such as using a non-existent email return address on a commercial solicitation, spamming (sending unsolicited advertising to numerous email addresses or newsgroups and/or generating a significantly higher volume of outgoing email than a normal user), allowing spamming by third parties to promote a forum hosted by PickAForum.com, trolling (posting outrageous messages to generate numerous responses), mailbombing (sending multiple messages without significant new content to the same user), subscribing someone else to a mailing list without that person's permission, cross-posting articles to an excessive number of forums or attempting without authorization to enter into a secured computer system. PickAForum.com reserves the right to determine what constitutes net abuse. Tortuous conduct, including but not limited to posting of defamatory, scandalous, or private information about a person without their consent, intentionally inflicting emotional distress, or violating trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights. Each complaint will be investigated.

2. Advertisement Policy - PickAForum.com will display advertisements on the top and bottom of each page served within it's free forum service. PickAForum.com reserves the right to change the location, frequency and style of such ads at any time without notice. At no time may you run competing advertisements anywhere on the forum unless they are approved by PickAForum.com

3. Privacy Policy - PickAForum.com may share information gathered by the use of it's free forum service with third parties as it sees fit. Cookies are used to store customer information on the user's PC.

4. Uptime/Downtime Policy - PickAForum.com will not make any assertions or guarantees regarding uptime. Being a free service PickAForum.com do not owe anyone any kind of prescribed service level.

5. Backup/Data Policy - Backups are done daily. At no time does PickAForum.com guarantee the integrity or availability of the data found in it's free forums service. Backups may be restored as PickAForum.com sees fit.
6. Limitation of Liability - The account holder agrees that any and all liability of every nature or kind, including without limitation that arising from breach of contract or negligence resulting from omission of any items, the wrong location or quality thereof, or any error or omission therein, or continuation of the server usage and/or services contrary to the user's request is hereby limited to and shall not exceed the amount of the charges payable by the account holder.
